Caspis Jewelry
A brand and an online store for a Los Angeles family jewelry business that, since 1948, had only ever sold from its physical store.

- Worked together
- 2020–2021
- Industry
- Fine & vintage jewelry
- Location
- Los Angeles, CA
- Stack
- Shopify
- eCommerce
- Branding
- Web Development
The challenge
Caspis had no web presence at all: no logo for the web, no product catalog and no way for customers to find or buy their jewelry online.
What we did
A new logo, a catalog organized by product type and collection, and a Shopify store on a customized theme with custom product fields, with every collection and product uploaded before launch.
The result
Caspis went from a store customers could only walk into to an online shop where they browse the full catalog and buy.
About the project
Caspis Jewelry is a three-generation, family-owned jewelry store in Los Angeles, established in 1948, specializing in fine, antique and vintage jewelry from different time periods.
For more than seventy years the business ran entirely from its physical store. It had no website, no online catalog and no brand identity built for the web, so customers could only discover its pieces by walking in.
EZ Digital took Caspis from no web presence to a working online store. We designed the logo, organized their inventory into a catalog that shoppers could browse, built and customized a Shopify store around it, uploaded every collection and product, and launched the site.
Where they started
- No website or online presence, only a physical store
- No logo or brand identity for the web
- A large, varied inventory of fine, antique and vintage pieces with no catalog
- No way to sell or show products online
What we built
- Designed the Caspis logo and brand identity
- Built a product catalog with categories by type, from rings and necklaces to brooches, and collections by era and style
- Set up a Shopify store for online sales
- Customized a Shopify theme to fit their needs, including custom product fields
- Uploaded all of their collections and products
- Launched the website
