This policy explains what personal information EZ Digital, LLC ("EZ Digital," "we," "us") collects through https://ez-digital.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, the budget range you choose, and your description of your project.
Partnerships form. When you submit a partnership inquiry, we collect your company name and website, your name and email address, the partnership type and pricing model you choose, your description of what you offer, and, if you provide them, your typical rates, team size and location, and a document such as a pitch deck.
We use this information to respond to you, to evaluate a possible project or partnership, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and the third parties described below automatically collect information about your device and your visit: your IP address, browser and operating system, the pages you view, the site that referred you, approximate location, and how you interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
We use it to understand how the site is used, to improve it, to measure the results of our marketing, and to keep the site and its forms secure, including telling people apart from automated spam.
Analytics and advertising partners
We use these services, which set their own cookies and collect information about your activity on this site:

These third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites. You can also limit interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative, and block or delete cookies in your browser's settings.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. The site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who work on our behalf: hosting and file storage, email delivery, and security services such as spam and virus protection. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With the analytics and advertising partners described above, through the technologies on our site.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of EZ Digital, our clients or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and the documents sent with them for as long as we need them to respond, to pursue a project or partnership, and to keep business records, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing info@ez-digital.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can manage cookies and interest-based advertising using the options above.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections and restricted access to stored submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and changes take effect when posted here.
